Cross-device Data Now Included in Marketing Reports

As of March 1, 2023, all online store data in Shopify marketing reports will include cross-device data. This addition provides a more comprehensive view of customers’ purchase journeys across different devices, enhancing the accuracy of attribution models. Consequently, this will aid in identifying top-performing marketing channels and optimizing marketing budget allocation.
