Shopify Expands Customer Cohort Analysis with New Metrics & Enhanced Drill-Downs

The Customer Cohort Analysis report in Shopify now includes new metrics—gross sales, net sales, and average order value—allowing for enhanced assessment of customer retention. Expanded drill-down capabilities are available for all cells within the cohort table, offering additional insights such as top products purchased, top marketing channels, top sales channels, and a breakdown of sales by subscription versus one-time purchases.
