Communicate with Customers Using Apple Business Chat & Shopify Ping

Shopify now supports Apple Business Chat, allowing customers on iPhone, iPad, or Mac to chat with you directly from your online store. These conversations occur in the Messages app, enabling ongoing customer interactions without needing to revisit your store. Messages can be managed and responded to via the Shopify Ping app on iOS devices. Both Apple Business Chat and Shopify Ping are free features for sellers.
