These personalized responses save time, enhance customer experiences, and can help increase sales. To implement, add Shopify Inbox, navigate to Inbox > Chat settings > Instant answers in your Shopify admin, review and select suggested answers, and save your changes. Once activated, customers will receive immediate responses in your store’s chat window.
