Shopify Updates POS With New Exchanges Workflow

The new Shopify exchange workflow allows multiple returns or exchanges on previously exchanged orders, consolidating them into a single order view for iOS and Android users. The process no longer creates new orders, and all exchange and return history is accessible in one view. Additionally, refunds to gift cards are now added to the original order instead of creating new orders, and gift cards can be assigned or sent to any customer.
