Shopify Simplifies Cash Reconciliation for Retail Stores

The retail cash tracking report, accessible from the Point of Sale channel in your Shopify admin, streamlines cash reconciliation for retail stores by offering a centralized view of cash session activity across all POS Pro registers. This report is divided into three sections: the discrepancy summary, which gives an overview of expected vs. actual cash amounts; the cash payments summary, showing the total payments and refunds for a given period; and the session list, detailing all cash sessions that can be filtered by register ID or status. Additionally, session data can be exported into a CSV file.
