Shopify Ping and Shopify Chat have been relaunched as Shopify Inbox. You can now set up messaging for your online store, manage FAQs, automated messages, and chat appearance directly from the admin. Use the Shopify Inbox mobile and web apps to respond to customer messages anytime and anywhere. This update also includes new conversation metrics for understanding chat conversions, the ability to continue conversations over email or SMS, and upcoming support for more channels like Instagram.
