You can now view predicted average spend per customer in the Customer Cohort Analysis report in Shopify. This new feature allows you to gain insights into both historical and future spending behavior, helping to optimize customer retention and lifetime value. It’s available for Advanced plans and above, requiring at least 24 months of historical sales data.
