Shopify Introduces Credit Notes for Invoice Adjustments

Starting July 17, any adjustments to Shopify invoices, including total or partial cancellations, will produce a Credit Note, viewable and downloadable in the Billing section of the admin. These Credit Notes come with a refund option: either to the original payment method or as Shopify Account Credits, which can be applied to future invoices.
