Set Shipping Rates for International Markets in Local Currencies

Set international shipping rates in local currencies with Shopify Markets. Choose between shop or local currency; existing rates unchanged.

Updated on

You can now set shipping rates for international markets in local currencies using Shopify Markets. When creating rates in international shipping zones, you can choose between your shop currency and the local currency enabled for that market. This applies to the price and cart price conditions. Existing rates remain unchanged. You can now advertise localized shipping rates, like “£10 flat rate shipping, free after £100” for international customers or continue using your shop currency with automatic conversion. Note that this feature is available for single-country zones or regions sharing a currency. For larger zones with multiple currencies, automatic conversion remains the only option, and you can preview this in the Markets settings area.
