Shopify now allows you to manage returns directly from the Orders page. This centralized process lets you fulfill, edit, refund, or return orders easily. The return workflow includes creating a return request, identifying the reason for the return, setting up and tracking shipping details, communicating return instructions via email, restocking inventory, and issuing customer refunds.
