Kit Users Must Switch from Facebook Messenger Due to New Limitations

Due to Facebook's new limitations, Kit can no longer initiate conversations via Facebook Messenger. Kit users will need to start a conversation thread within 24 hours by saying 'Hi Kit' to receive messages. iPhone and iPad users should install Shopify Ping to communicate, while Android users should switch their messaging preference to SMS.
