Shopify has enhanced video support on the Files page, allowing for videos larger than the previous 20 MB limit. Videos can now be up to 1 GB in size, 10 minutes in length, with a 4K resolution, and in MOV or MP4 formats. Users can update video cover images and add alt text directly from the Files page. Additionally, file reference metafields can be set to include only videos or both images and videos. Shopify-hosted videos will adjust based on visitors' screen resolutions and network bandwidth.
