Improved Order Archiving to Boost Efficiency in Shopify

Shopify has improved order archiving as of March 15, 2022. This enhancement ensures that orders with no remaining tasks will no longer appear in the Unfulfilled and Open views on the orders list, saving you time managing orders. In the future, partially refunded, fulfilled, and no-balance-owing orders will be archived automatically when you enable this feature in your Order Processing settings.
