Starting June 30, 2022, SMS notifications sent through Shopify will default to a non-customizable template. This change means that any edits to transactional messages, like order confirmations, will revert to their original format. The template includes placeholders for details such as customer name, purchased item, store name, and delivery method. These variables will adapt based on specific order details.
