Shopify has introduced an automated flow in Shopify Chat to help customers easily check the status of their recent orders. By providing their order number and email address, customers will receive an automated response with the order’s fulfillment status and a tracking or status link. Conversations will appear as automated messages in Ping, with notifications for any follow-ups requiring further assistance. This feature is now available to all Shopify Chat users.
