Using the Shopify Forms app, you can add a link to a customizable account request form anywhere on your store, allowing prospective B2B customers to submit their information for review. Submitted forms are automatically moved to a new company profile within the admin, eliminating the need for manual entry. Within the company profile, you can approve customers to place orders, delete customers, or follow up with them for additional information. Install the Shopify Forms app to begin using this feature.
