0% VAT on Shopify Payments Fees in Germany & Spain

Starting with February invoices, Shopify Payments merchants in Germany and Spain will see 0% VAT on their fees, subject to reverse charge. Merchants must account for VAT in their respective countries, verify their VAT numbers with Shopify, and check updated Terms of Service. Affected account owners will be notified by Shopify.
